Princes Road is a rear single story extension, knock through of the back of the existing house to form an open plan kitchen dinning and living room area. Rear extension to have a large bifold door opening up to the new patio area externally. Also, we erected a side extension forming a hallway and utility area. The hallway lead to the existing garage which was also converted to a family snug.
